We have secured planning consent for an extensive redevelopment of an existing three storey apartment block & garage site in South Woodford , London borough of Redbridge.

Our client initially came to use to explore the potential for two new units as a roof top extension. HYLO identified the additional potential to expand the building laterally , then as planning policy change in the borough for three courtyard houses to the rear of the site. we worked worked closely with the planning officers to develop overcome concerns over access & massing .

The project trebled the development potential for good quality housing initially identified.

The development will be car-free with a generous communal communal amenity space for all residents.

The site is to be developed by a private client whose family have owned the site sine the 1960’s
